PROJECT CASE STUDY
This project features a custom SCREENPRO 180° spherical projection screen developed for an immersive visualization environment.
Unlike a conventional flat or gently curved screen, the projection surface surrounds the viewing position with a significantly deeper curvature, creating a wide field of view for simulation, visualization and other immersive projection applications.

IMMERSIVE GEOMETRY
The deep curved geometry creates a continuous projection area around the viewing position. This type of screen configuration is designed for applications where a wide visual field and a stronger sense of immersion are required.

CUSTOM INSTALLATION
Special-shaped projection environments require the screen geometry, supporting structure, projector positions and available installation space to be considered as part of one complete system.
On-site assembly of the immersive projection enclosure.
Installation and system integration inside the custom projection environment.

PROJECT APPLICATION
The project was presented in connection with the 15th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition — Airshow China 2024, demonstrating how a special-shaped projection surface can be integrated into a compact immersive visualization environment.
Spherical and deeply curved screens can be considered for applications such as simulation, exhibition visualization, immersive displays, training systems and other specialized AV installations.
SPECIAL-SHAPED SCREEN CUSTOMIZATION
SCREENPRO develops custom projection screen solutions for non-standard installations, including curved, spherical and other special-shaped projection surfaces. Screen geometry, dimensions, projection material and supporting structure can be evaluated according to individual project requirements.
